About Jawaher
I am Jawaher Al-Rifai, a designer interested in women's industrial empowerment. I am passionate about design and furniture manufacturing, as it was not possible to study such specializations in our university at that time. After obtaining a bachelor's degree in general chemistry, I took a special path in paving my way in self-education and joining the programs available in neighboring countries to learn design and furniture manufacturing in the corridors of factories and workshops.

Since 2013, I have held several positions in several commercial and industrial companies specialized in furniture design and manufacturing, and I have worked on managing the design and furnishing of several hotel, commercial and residential projects.
Which has given me great experience in this field and contributed greatly to my understanding of supply and demand in the field of furnishing and knowing and gaining strengths. Today, I am launching my first brand, Al-Jawhara for Design and Furnishing.
I also seek to spread industrial awareness among girls and contribute to enabling them to enter the industrial work field.
I also provide training courses in design and furnishing hotel units and training programs in the field of furniture design and manufacturing inside giant factories.
